There are three main areas of ergonomics:

STAND-UP MEETINGS

15-20 min

Everyone on their feet

Be short and to the point

Advantages:

Time-saving: no more than 15 minutes Efficient: participants get straight to the point

Better team cohesion, more fluid exchanges. Taking care of your health

ACTIVE BREAKS

Active breaks are short periods of time that can include stretching, moving and breathing exercises. They promote blood circulation, reduce muscular tension and increase concentration.

CHARGING PORT

Load-bearing is the action of lifting and moving bulky or heavy objects. Poor posture, inadequate equipment or adaptations can cause RSI.
